INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a greased mug, add 3Tablespoons Cake-in-a-Mug Premix, 1 egg, 1Tablespoon melted coconut oil, 2Tablespoons milk (or milk substitute of your choice), and mix well.
  2. Microwave on high: 1 min for saucy or 1.5 min for moist.
  3. Remove cake from mug and serve with your favourite topping!
