Water, Erythritol & Xylitol, Carbsmart ®Extra Virgin High Oleic Sunflower Oil*, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Dried Garlic & Onion, Sea Salt & Salt Substitute (Potassium Salts), Citric Acid, Mustard Powder, Turmeric Powder, Xanthan Gum, Lemon Oil, Garlic Oil, Preservatives 0.03 % (Sorbic Acid & Sodium Benzoate), Dried Herbs & Spices.

*Unlike regular refined cooking oils, the cold pressed high oleic sunflower oil used are high in omega 9 (monounsaturated fat) and low in omega 6. In fact, this sunflower oil has more than 80% good-for-you Omega 9 Fatty Acids.  It is more stable when exposed to high temperatures.
