Why pick savoury or sweet when you can have both? This versatile premix is made with no gluten, grains, added sugar or preservatives. Flavour it up by adding your favourite sweet or savoury wholefood ingredients. Just add eggs and milks.
Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum. ALLERGENS: None
Makes 2 medium pizza bases.
- Heat oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 Large Eggs, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and 1 cup Milk.
- Add the Pizza Base premix and mix until well combined. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
- Split the mixture in half and pat out onto the baking tray to desired thickness. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven. Add your favourite toppings and return to the oven. Grill until the toppings begin to brown then serve.
