Konjac is a 100% natural, gluten-free food that is non-allergenic. It is derived from the Konjac plant and is virtually free from calories and net carbohydrates.

Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians, Diabetics, the Health Conscious, and those following a Sugar-free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-free, Banting, Keto, or Low Carb Lifestyle!


  1. Open the packet and DRAIN the rice through a large mesh strainer or in a colander, RINSING it 2-3 times under running water.
  2. Gently saute the rice in a large cast iron or non-stick skillet with no oil over low heat until the rice grain starts popping and are no longer watery (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add to any dishes you like and seasoning.

Serving Suggestions

Since konjac (shirataki) rice is low carb and non-starchy, it’s best used in stir-fry dishes. I won’t, however, work well to replace rice in sushi or dishes that need high starchy/sticky content to bind the ingredients together.
