Directions

  1. Open the packet and drain the rice through a large mesh strainer or in a colander and RINSE 2-3 times under running water.
  2. Gently heat the noodles in a large cast iron or non-stick skillet with butter over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add to any dishes you like and season to taste.

Serving Suggestions

Since konjac (shirataki) rice is low carb and non-starchy, it’s best used in stir-fry dishes. I won’t, however, work well to replace rice in sushi or dishes that need high starchy/sticky content to bind the ingredients together.
