INGREDIENTS
1.5 Cups Almond Nut Flour
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Coconut Flakes
2 Tbsp Cacao
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Xylitol
2 Eggs
100g Melted Butter
Handful Macadamia Nuts
50g Caring Candies Real Milk Chocolate bar, chopped
Topping:
60g Soft Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Cream
1 Tbsp Xylitol
1 Tbsp Cacao
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
DIRECTIONS
Whisk egg and melted butter together. Add dry ingredients and fold egg mixture in to form a chunky batter. Pour into a buttered brownie tin. Bake at 180Deg Celsius for 15-20 mins.
