Banting Boulevard's Chocolate Cake premix is the perfect feel-good treat for chocolate lovers. Just add eggs, cream, coffee, olive oil and vanilla.

INGREDIENTS: Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Cocoa Powder (10%), Xylitol, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum. ALLERGENS: None

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 1 cake.
  • Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf or cake tin.
  • In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 250ml Full Cream Milk, 125ml Hot Coffee, 30ml Olive Oil and 10ml Vanilla then mix in the Chocolate Cake Premix.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
  • Allow to cool then top with dark chocolate, cream or berries.
