Who feels like Chicken Burgers tonight?
I take chicken mince, a big handful of Chopped Almond Flakes (sometimes I leave this out), a big handful of mature Cheddar, a healthy serving of Parmesan cheese, a biiiiiiiig serving of garlic, some chopped Parsley, Salt, and Pepper, and an egg.
Smoosh all the ingredients together, add some almond flour if it's too wet, and form into burger patties.
Roll in some with almond flour, and fry in butter until browned on both sides.
Once browned, put them into a pre-heated (180C) oven and cook for another 5-10 mins. YUM. YUM. YUM!!!!
