Once again, we have achieved an AMAZING score of 98.2% for our Food Safety Audit.
This audit included SANS 10049 requirements for prerequisite programs (PRPs)
ISO/TS 2202 prerequisite programmes on food safety, Codex Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, Food Safety Management System requirements as guided by the Global Safety Initiative (GFSI), Applicable laws, regulations and compulsory specifications.
What does this all mean? It means that we take food safety VERY seriously!!
