Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 11am are processed and dispatched the same day, provided payment has cleared. Orders received after 11am are dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Our couriers estimate the following delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

  • Western Cape: 2-3 working days
  • National (main centres): 4-5 working days
  • Outlying and regional areas: allow a few extra days as these areas aren't serviced daily
  • International: delivered via DHL Worldwide Express - timeframes vary by destination

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If something you've ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you and give you the option to swap it for something else, receive a store credit, or wait for it to come back into stock.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier contact details.

Delivery Address

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to sign for the order. Delivery is confirmed once any person at the address has signed for it.

Store Collections

If you'd prefer to collect your order, you're welcome to do so from our Montague Gardens store. You'll receive an email once your order is ready - we don't offer same-day collection.
