 As for the other third-party brands, we are not able to offer additional discounts since we also purchase these as resellers.

The good news is that there are no minimum order quantities, so you’re welcome to order as little or as much as you’d like. This makes it easy to test new products for your store, and I encourage you to explore and mix between the different collections.

Where can I view pricing?

Resellers looking to stock Caring Candies-branded products should start with our
BULK SAVINGS collection. Buying in larger quantities reduces the per-unit price.

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer the same bulk discounts to all our customers, whether they’re resellers or individuals. It works much the same way as a Makro store, where bulk buyers enjoy better per-unit pricing.

We’ve designed it this way so that everyone benefits equally, without complicated pricing tiers.

What is the order process?

Once you place your order, regardless of the payment option you selected, you will receive an email confirmation, which will contain a link to download your tax invoice.

Once payment has reflected, we will pack your order. Bear in mind that there may be a delay with inter bank transfer before funds are released to us.

If you requested delivery, we will generate the waybill, which will automatically notify the couriers of your order awaiting collection.

You will receive tracking updates, which will be sent to the email address in your customer profile so please check your spam folder as they sometimes land up in there.

What payment options do you offer?

You can use the Payfast payment portal to
make CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, INSTANT EFT, ZAPPER, SAMSUNG PAY, or SNAPSCAN Payments.

Alternatively, you can do a regular bank transfer.

Once you place your order, regardless of the payment option you selected, you will receive an email confirmation, which will contain a link to download your tax invoice and our banking details.

If I place an order but have not made payment yet, is the stock reserved as "mine"?

It is reserved from other online customers for a 24hr period.

We do, however, acknowledge that there can sometimes be a delay with payments within a retail environment as the person responsible for making the payment is often not the same person as the one who placed the order, so we will usually send a reminder email that payment is still due and we can no longer reserve the stock.

Unfortunately, if we do not receive any sort of response to this reminder with 24hrs, the order will be automatically cancelled from the system and a new order will have to be placed.

How much is delivery and how long does it typically take?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on your address and order weight.

Free delivery is available on orders over R1150 (incl. VAT) within South Africa.

Typical delivery times are:

 • Western Cape: 1–2 working days
 • National delivery: 3–5 working days

Will I receive a VAT Invoice?

Yes, all orders include VAT invoices.

If you would like your VAT number to appear on your invoice, please add it to the end of your company name when you register your profile or place your order. For example, “Company Name (VAT No. 1234567890)”.

Besides the Caring Candies-branded products, can I purchase the complementary 3rd party brands to resell?

Special pricing is not available on 3rd-party brands, as we also purchase these as a reseller.

You would need to reach out to each vendor individually if you would like to discuss special pricing and MOQs with them.
