Resellers looking to stock the Caring Candies-branded products should start with our BULK SAVINGS collection. Buying in larger quantities reduces the per-unit price.

As for the other third-party brands, we are not able to offer additional discounts since we also purchase these as resellers.

The good news is that there are no minimum order quantities, so you’re welcome to order as little or as much as you’d like. This makes it easy to test new products for your store, and I encourage you to explore and mix between the different collections.

Common Reseller Questions

Where can I view reseller prices?

Our online store shows current prices. For Caring Candies-manufactured sweets and chocolates, start with the Bulk Savings collection, which offers larger pack formats at lower per-unit prices. Bulk pricing is available to all customers. We also sell complementary third-party brands, although additional reseller discounts generally do not apply to those items.

How does ordering work?

Add products to your cart, choose delivery or collection and complete checkout. We email an order confirmation with tax invoice information. We begin packing after payment reflects; once dispatched, we email your tracking details. Read the ordering guide.

Which payment options do you offer?

You can pay with Stitch (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Capitec Pay) or Payfast (Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Samsung Pay or Amex) at checkout, or choose Bank Transfer for a regular or instant EFT from your banking app. For bank transfers, use the reference shown on your order confirmation. We process the order once the funds reflect in our account.

Will unpaid stock be reserved for me?

Unpaid orders cannot be held indefinitely. Please arrange payment promptly and contact us if your transfer is delayed. An unpaid order may be cancelled if payment is not received.

How much is delivery, and how long will it take?

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the address and order weight. Delivery in South Africa is free when the cart reaches R1,150 including VAT, excluding delivery charges. Couriers typically take 1–2 working days in the Western Cape and 3–5 working days elsewhere after dispatch. Outlying areas may take longer. Delivery guide.

Will I receive a tax invoice showing my VAT number?

Yes. At checkout, please enter your VAT registration number in the VAT Registration Number (Optional) field (Address Line 2). There is no need to append the number to your company name. Contact us with your order number if an invoice needs correction.

Can I buy third-party products to resell?

Yes. We stock selected third-party products in our online shop, and generally do not offer additional wholesale discounts on these items because we purchase them from other suppliers. There is no general minimum order quantity for our online store. Direct trade terms for these brands should be discussed with their manufacturers or distributors.
