Returns & Refund Policy
We put a lot of love into every order we send out. But if something's arrived damaged, defective, or just not quite right, we're not going to leave you stuck - here's what to do.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you notice a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery. All products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging.
Non-Defective Returns
We accept returns on non-defective items provided they are unopened, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What We Don't Accept
We do not accept returns on expired stock under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to use products before the expiry date. We also do not accept cancellations once payment has been received.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact us at info@caringcandies.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.
