When you place an order, we collect the personal details you provide - your name, delivery address, contact number, and email address. We use this information to process and fulfil your order, and to communicate with you about it.

Email Marketing

We'll only send you marketing emails if you've given us permission to do so. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This tool collects anonymised data about browsing behaviour - pages visited, time on site, and so on. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through this tool. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via Google's opt-out tool.

Payment Security

We don't store or handle your payment details directly. Orders can be paid via PayFast or direct bank transfer.

For bank transfers, only our banking details are shared with you. No financial information is collected or stored on our end.
