Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice, primarily due to fluctuating exchange rates and supplier pricing. Prices displayed on the site include 15% VAT.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Caring Candies and a customer is only valid once payment has been received. Until that point, all goods remain the property of Caring Candies.

Payment Terms

Orders can be paid by EFT, debit card, or credit card via PayFast. All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Orders will only be dispatched once funds have been received.

Store Collections

Customers collecting orders from our store will receive an email notification once their order is ready. We don't offer a same-day collection service.

Deliveries

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know and offer you the option to swap it, receive a credit, or wait for it to come back into stock.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your location and the total weight of your order. You'll see the delivery cost before you confirm checkout.

Our couriers estimate 2-3 working days for Western Cape deliveries and 4-5 working days for national deliveries to main centres. Outlying and regional areas may take a little longer as they aren't serviced daily.

Once payment has cleared, we'll pack your order and hand it over to the couriers. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the courier's contact details.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during working hours to receive the order. Proof of delivery is confirmed by any person at the delivery address signing for the order - we don't need to prove that you personally received it.

Use of the Website

This site is for browsing and making legitimate purchases only. You may not use it for fraudulent or speculative transactions, or to copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any images or content from the site.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Caring Candies chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi: Unit 12 Apollo Park, Marconi Road, Montague Gardens, Western Cape, Republic of South Africa, 7441.

Caring Candies may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
