Why is it important to register in the correct Customer Group?

Registering in the correct group ensures that you are presented with the appropriate pricing, as well as the appropriate shipping options. We have 3 Customer Groups:

  1. Private Customer - for customers buying for themselves or for friends
  2. Retailer - for "legitimate" Retailers who sell to the end-user
  3. International - for any customers outside of South Africa

I'm a Private Customer (within South Africa)

Register in this group if you are purchasing for yourself or for your family/friends and you are not a "legitimate" Retailer. If you are outside South Africa, please register in the International Group.

  1. Select this "Register" Link.
  2. Complete the Registration Screen taking care to select the Private (within South Africa) Customer Group.
  3. Select the "Create Account" button.

I'm a Retailer/Wholesaler (within South Africa)

Retailers/Wholesalers sell directly to the end-user or customer. If you are in South Africa and are a Retailer register in this group. If you are a Retailer/Wholesaler outside South Africa, please register in the International Group.

On Registration, you will be asked to provide a Vat Registration No. If you are not Vat Registered, you may be contacted by us via email requesting your CK Registration Number; or a photo of your business card. This is to ensure that only "legitimate" Retailers register in this group.

This site offers not only the Caring Candies-branded products, which we manufacture, but it also offers Other Brands, which complement and service our target market's Healthy "No Nasty Stuff" Lifestyle.

Retailers/Wholesalers are offered discounted pricing on the BULK SAVINGS Caring Candies-branded products only. We cannot offer you discounted pricing on the "other brands" as we, too, are simply Retailers for those products. There are, however, no Minimum Order Quantities for these brands so use us to try out new products for your store. You will only be able to view the discounted pricing after you have registered and Logged In.

If you are a SPAR Store, do NOT register here, rather contact us and we will send you our manual order form.
This is because this system is unable to calculate back-door delivery fees ;)

  3. Select the "Create Account" button.

I'm an International Customer (ANYONE outside South Africa)

Whether you are a Private Customer or Wholesaler outside of South Africa, this is the correct group for you! You will not be charged VAT on checkout and will view discounted pricing on the Caring Candies-branded products once logged in.

    2. Complete the Registration Screen taking care to select the International (ANYONE outside South Africa) Customer Group.
    3. Select the "Create Account" button.

Help! I Chose the Wrong Customer Group!

No problem! Contact us and we will change it for you. Remember to supply us with the email address you registered with and what the correct Customer Group should be. If you wish to change to the Retailer group, please remember to supply your VAT Registration Number so it can appear on your Tax Invoice.

How do I Log into my Account?

  1. Select the "Login" Link on the top of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address and the password you chose when you first registered your account.
  3. Select the "Sign In" button.
  4. If you cannot remember your Password, select the “Forgot your password?” link

If you cannot remember your Password, select the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page

How do I Edit my Account Details?

    1. Login to your Account.
    2. Select the “My Account” link on the top-right of the header bar.
    3. Select the "View Addresses" link under the default address
