What are the Delivery Options and Costs for South Africa?

All delivery charges are calculated automatically by the System and are based on your location (you supplied this when you Registered Your Account), as well as the weight of your order.

The System, however, will present you with the costs before you go ahead and Checkout.

Depending on where you are you can choose if you would like to:

        "Pick Up From Store (Unit 12 Apollo Park, Marconi Road, Montague Gardens, Western Cape)" Option

        You may prefer to come and collect your order yourself or send someone on your behalf.

        Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection. We will notify you via Email that your order is ready for collection.

        "Courier Door to Door Delivery - Economy" Option

        Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection. We will send you your tracking number via Email so you can track the status of your delivery.

        Our couriers ask for approx. 2-3 working days for Western Cape orders, and 4-5 working days for National orders (providing you are not too far from a main centre).

        What are the Shipping Options and Costs for International Customers?

        All delivery charges are calculated automatically by the System and are based on your location (you supplied this when you Registered Your Account), as well as the weight of your order.

        The System will present you with the shipping rates for DHL Logistics before you go ahead and Checkout.

        Order Confirmation

        Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email with your invoice, order details, and our banking details for payment.

        How do I track the status of my Delivery?

        You will receive a confirmation email from us providing you with the courier’s contact details as well as your tracking number.
