Quick Steps to Order
- Add products to your cart.
- View your cart → click LET’S CHECKOUT.
- Enter your contact + delivery details.
- Choose Ship (courier) or Pick Up (collect or send your own courier).
- Select payment: Payfast (card/Instant EFT/SnapScan/etc) or Bank Transfer (EFT).
- Complete your order → check your inbox for confirmation + tax invoice.

Detailed Guide
1. Register an Account (optional)
- You can shop with or without an account but registering makes tracking and future orders easier.
2. Add Products to Your Cart
- Go to the SHOP BY PRODUCTS dropdown in the top menu and hover over the category you want.
- Browse the collection and tick “ADD TO CART” to add multiple products at once, or click a product photo to see full details (ingredients, allergens, nutrition, storage info, etc.).
- Once you’ve added everything, click the SHOPPING CART ICON (top right) to view your cart.
3. View Your Cart
- Preview your order and make changes if needed.
- When ready, click LET’S CHECKOUT.
4. Enter Contact & Shipping Information
- If you’ve registered, log in.
- Otherwise, just enter the email address you’d like us to use for tracking updates.
5. Choose a Delivery Method
- Ship – we’ll send your order with a door-to-door courier. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your address and order weight, and shown before you pay. We offer free delivery within SA for orders over R1150incl. VAT.
- Pick Up – collect from us directly or send your own courier.
6. Choose a Payment Method
- Payfast – pay securely by Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, Zapper, Samsung Pay, or SnapScan. You’ll be redirected to Payfast to complete your payment.
- Bank Transfer (EFT) – pay via Regular or Instant EFT using our banking details.
7. Complete Your Order
- After checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with a link to download your Tax Invoice, our banking details, and your unique POP reference number
- Please also check your Spam/Junk folder in case our email lands there.
8. Order Processing & Tracking
- Once payment reflects, we’ll pack your order and let you know when it’s on its way. You’ll also receive your tracking number and courier contact details so you can track your delivery.
