Help Ordering, Payments, and Checking Out

First ensure that you have created an account and are logged into your account. To register an account, click here

Here's a summary of the steps to creating an order:

    1. Register an Account
    2. Add Products to your Cart
    3. View your Cart (you can edit your order here, view the weight, and add notes)
    4. Proceed to Checkout and specify your Shipping Address
    5. Select your Delivery Method
    6. Select your Payment Method
    7. Receive your Order Confirmation and Make Payment (check your inbox for your invoice)

    Adding Products to your Cart

    Select the "SHOP" dropdown menu from the top menu bar and hover over the category you wish to view. The collections page will open, and you will be able to view the products available in that collection.

    You can view the stock available per product and you can also select several products at once by selecting the "I want this" checkboxes.

    If you select the photo of the product, it will take you to a product details page, where you can view product information such as ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, storage instructions, etc.

    Once you have added all the products you want, select the little SHOPPING CART ICON on the top-right of the screen, which will transfer you to the Shopping Cart page.

    Viewing Your Shopping Cart

    Here you will be able to preview your order and make any changes before proceeding to the Checkout screens.

    You can also view the Total Weight of your order, add notes, comments, or special instructions, and calculate what your shipping cost would be.

    When you are finished viewing your cart and are ready to place your order, select the CHECKOUT button to proceed to the Checkout page.

    The first screen of the Checkout Process looks like this. This is where you select the Shipping Address.

    Once you have selected the Shipping Address, select the "Continue to shipping method" link

    Delivery Options and Costs for South Africa

    All delivery charges are calculated automatically by the System and are based on your location (you supplied this when you Registered Your Account), as well as the weight of your order.

    The System, however, will present you with the costs before you go ahead and Checkout.

    PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SYSTEM WILL PRESENT YOU WITH THE CHEAPEST RATE FIRST, WHICH IS A "PICK UP FROM STORE (FREE)" OPTION SO TAKE CARE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING OPTION ON CHECKOUT

    Depending on where you are you can choose if you would like to:

          "Pick Up From Store (Unit 12 Apollo Park, Marconi Road, Montague Gardens, Western Cape)" Option

          You may prefer to come and collect your order yourself or send someone on your behalf.

          Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection. We will notify you via Email that your order is ready for collection.

          Please wait for this notification from us.

          Door-to-Door DCB Logistics National Courier (3-5 working days)" Option

          Our local (South African) customers are charged a FLAT RATE of R91.15 incl VAT for the first 10kg, thereafter the system adds on a small charge per kg on top of the initial flat rate charge. This means that if your order weighs 500g, 1kg, 3kg, or 10kg, your initial charge is the same. Many of our customers use this opportunity to go "halvies" with family and friends and add more products to their cart to bring the weight closer to 10kg.

          Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection by DCB Logistics. We will send you your tracking number via Email so you can track the status of your delivery.

          Our couriers ask for approx. 2-3 working days for Western Cape orders, and 4-5 working days for National orders (providing you are not too far from a main centre).

          Delivery Options and Costs for International Customers

          Depending on where you are you can choose:

          "I will get a shipping Quotation on my side and SEND MY OWN SHIPPING AGENT to collect for me (FREE)" Option

          Sometimes our customers prefer to send their own Shipping Agents to collect their orders from us so we have made this super-easy for you to do.

          "Door-to-Door Delivery" Option

          The System will present you with the shipping rates for both Aramex and DHL before you go ahead and Checkout.

          You can select the delivery cost and time frame that suits you.

          Checkout Screen 3 - Select your Payment Options

          Once you have selected your payment method, DOUBLE-CHECK you total and then hit "Complete Order" when you are ready to place your order.

            1. Use PAYFAST for Credit Card or Debit Card Payments. You will need to register an account on their payment portal.
            2. Use OZOW i-PAY for INSTANT EFT Payments. No registration on their payment portal. No transaction  fees.
            3. Use Regular Bank Transfer for non-instant EFT payments. Allow a possible 2-day delay for funds to clear.

                Order Confirmation

                Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email with your invoice, order details, and our banking details for payment.
