What You’ll Need:
- 1 Box Gracious Bakers Penne Pasta
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 350g sliced biltong
- 1 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 250ml fresh cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook your pasta as per the package instructions.
- While your pasta is cooking melt your butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Add your biltong, mushrooms and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
- Reduce the heat and add your cream. Allow to simmer until the cream starts to thicken.
- Add your parmesan and stir until well combined. Season to your taste.
- Serve your pasta with a generous amount of this decadent sauce and enjoy!
