Our Return and Refund Policy

We will not accept any liability for damages caused due to the goods not stored according to the recommended storage instructions.

Whilst every effort is made to protect goods in transit, some of the products such as the biscuits crackers, rusks, etc. may become damaged in transit.

For any defect in the goods, you also need to inform us within 2 days of noticing the defect.

Caring Candies will not accept cancellation of orders once payment has been received.

We do not accept expired stock back for any reason. It is therefore your duty to ensure that you use the goods before the expiry date.
