Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings

Crispy, flavourful, and oh-so-delicious! Perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying solo!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1½ tbsp Baking Powder

1.3kg Chicken Wings

4 cloves Garlic (minced)

½ cup Grated Parmesan

Pepper to taste

2tsp Dried Parsley

Chopped Parsley/Rosemary to taste

Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Salt to taste

¼ cup Salted Butter

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  1. Preheat oven to 120°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack over it. Brush rack with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Dry wings and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
  4. Place wings on baking rack and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 220°C and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until crispy.
  6. In a large bowl, melt butter and add garlic, parsley, and pepper flakes.
  7. Pour butter mixture over wings and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately with dipping sauce and enjoy!
