Krispy Keto Tuna Cutlets

Try out this mouthwatering recipe that's perfect for a keto-friendly meal. Packed with flavour and easy to make, these tuna cutlets are a must-try:


2 cans of tuna, drained

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 large egg

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2-3 tbsp cooking oil (olive or avocado)


  1. Mix tuna, almond flour, Parmesan, mayo, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  2. Form into patties, coat with almond flour.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties 3-4 min each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with salad, veggies, or cauliflower rice!
