
Crispy Tuna Cutlets Recipe (Banting, Keto, Diabetic, Glutenfree)

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans of tuna, drained
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp cooking oil (olive or avocado)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix tuna, almond flour, Parmesan, mayo, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Form into patties, coat with almond flour.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 3-4 min each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with salad, veggies, or cauliflower rice!
