*Note: Maltitol comes in two forms — syrup (high GI)and powder (low GI). We use only the low-GI powdered form.

SHELF-LIFE & STORAGE ADVICE
SHELF LIFE: 12 months from date of manufacture.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from heat. If chocolate products become too warm, the cocoa butter separates, causing a white/greyish "bloom" on the surface. The chocolate is still perfectly safe to eat, but does not look as appetising ;)
