COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 25 flapjacks or fritters.

  • In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs and 500ml Full Cream Milk then mix in the Flapjack & Fritter Premix.
  • Add half a cup of your choice of ingredients to the mixture such as fruit, vegetables, meat, cheese or spices.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil or butter in a frying pan.
  • Dollop 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time into pan. When bubbles begin to form flip to cook the other side.
  • Serve with your favourite toppings. Store chilled.
