Here are some tips on how to use it:

Grilled Meats: Rub the spice blend onto chicken, beef, or lamb before grilling or roasting. Let the meat marinate with the spice blend and some olive oil for at least an hour to enhance the flavours.

Roasted Vegetables: Toss vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and potatoes with olive oil and the spice blend before roasting. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet for even roasting.

Soups and Stews: Add a teaspoon or two of the spice blend to soups and stews during cooking. Sauté onions and garlic with the spice blend before adding the liquid ingredients for a richer flavour.
