
No Added Sugar Chocolate Cake with Ganache (Banting, Keto, Diabetic, Glutenfree)

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 160deg Censius (this will cook in 5 minutes in your air fryer at 180-190).
- Crush 8 Gracious Bakers choc biscuits, or whichever flavour you love!
- Add 1 tsp baking powder.
- Add a third of a cup of full cream milk or half milk/half cream. Mix well.
- Spoon into a greased baking tin or dish (I used a pie tin). Bake till set - mine took 10 minutes. Turn off the oven.
- If you want the decadent glory of that ganache - add some Caring Candies no added sugar chocolate on top of your cake and pop into the warm oven while you pour yourself a cup of coffee. It melts beautifully. It’s super rich, very filling and you can easily share this with someone.
