INGREDIENTS:
1 pack Gracious Bakers Vanilla Porridge
1 large egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
tiny pinch nutmeg
tiny pinch tsp all spice
For the icing:
2 tbsp powdered Erythritol
few drops vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of salt
1 to 2 tsp water as needed for the desired consistency.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lightly grease a large microwave safe mug.
- Mix all your ingredients in the mug.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Mix your icing ingredients together and drizzle over the top.
