Keto Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles

Looking for a delicious and healthy meal? Try this mouthwatering steak bites recipe with zucchini noodles!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
500g sirloin / tenderloin / rib eye / flank / strip steak, cubed
4 medium zucchini, spiralized (or store-bought Zucchini Noodles)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter, divided
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup beef/vegetable broth or dry white wine
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Juice of 1/2 lemon
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞:
1/4 cup Martinnaise Soy-style sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
  1. In the same skillet, add butter, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and remaining marinade. Simmer and reduce for 2-3 mins.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Drain steak, save marinade.
  3. Add 2 tbsp butter and garlic to skillet; cook 1-2 mins, stirring. Remove steak, set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and remaining marinade. Simmer and reduce for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add zucchini noodles; toss 2-3 mins. Stir in parsley and thyme. Reduce cooking juices if needed.
  6. Push noodles aside, reheat steak bites for 1 min. Serve immediately.
𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟'𝐬 𝐓𝐢𝐩: Zucchini can be watery. Sprinkle with salt after spiralizing, let sit, rinse, and drain before cooking.
