Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

1kg of ground beef

1 cup chopped bell peppers

1 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup almond flour

2 eggs

1 tablespoon Martinnaise Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon garlic powder

8 slices provolone cheese (try Woolworths, Checkers, Pick n Pay, and Spar)

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 180deg Celsius.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bell peppers, onions, almond flour, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a 9ร—13-inch (23x33cm) baking dish and use your hands to shape it into a loaf.
  4. Bake the meatloaf for 45-50 Minutes or until it is cooked through.
  5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and top it with the provolone cheese.
  6. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 Minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
