1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 Tablespoon sugar-free Martinnaise Maple Syrup

2 Tablespoons almond milk or regular milk (may need an additional 1-2 Tablespoons to achieve desired consistency)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Place the chickpeas, peanut butter, and honey in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times to start blending.
  2. Adjust the Consistency: Add milk and continue to puree until smooth and blended, adding more milk if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Serve or Store: Transfer the dessert hummus to a bowl and serve right away or cover and refrigerate for up to a week.

Pro Tip: Remove the skins from the chickpeas for an extra smooth texture.
