What's life without pizza? Keep yours low-carb with Banting Boulevard's gluten, grain and refined sugar-free premix. All you have to do is mix, bake and enjoy. Making pizza from scratch has never been easier! Just add eggs, olive oil and milk.
INGREDIENTS: Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder, Himalayan Salt, Xanthan Gum and Oregano. ALLERGENS: None
Makes 2 medium pizza bases.
- Heat oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 Large Eggs, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and 1 cup Milk.
- Add the Pizza Base premix and mix until well combined. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
- Split the mixture in half and pat out onto the baking tray to desired thickness. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven. Add your favourite toppings and return to the oven. Grill until the toppings begin to brown then serve.
