Add 1 (one) heaped scoop (or to taste). Add 250ml (9 fl. oz) boiling water and stir well. Leave to stand for two minutes. Add salt to taste — Enjoy! Alternatively, use it in any recipe that calls for stock.

INGREDIENTS: 100% Pure Hydrolysed Collagen: Bovine (Type I + III), Chicken (Type II), Gelatin (Bovine), Red Bell Peppers, Onion, Natural Chicken Flavour, Jalapeño Peppers, Marjoram, Yeast Extract, Oregano, Celery, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Turmeric, Salt.
