Pasta Regalo Gluten-Free Beetroot Spaghetti is an egg-free, wheat-free and GMO free pasta made with maize, beetroot and gum. It has a bright beetroot colour and contains no preservatives or artificial flavours.

This beetroot spaghetti adds a naturally colourful twist to pasta meals and works beautifully in eye-catching plated dishes, pasta salads and lighter sauces. Pair it with olive oil, herbs, roasted vegetables, soft cheeses, garlic-style flavours or a simple tomato-based sauce where the bright beetroot colour can stand out.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes in 5 litres of slightly salted boiling water until al dente, tender with a firm bite. Rinse under cold water. Drain and serve with a sauce of your choice or butter and grated cheese. 120 g dry pasta will make one full serving.
