Kickstart your day with our Pink Berry Low Carb Porridge, ideal for Banting, keto, and diabetic diets. This vibrant breakfast blends the natural sweetness of strawberries with creamy vanilla porridge, creating a nutritious and energising start. Easily customise with your favourite toppings for a delicious and guilt-free morning treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of choice
Gracious Bakers Instant Vanilla Porridge
80ml hot water
Additional berries / nuts for topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small saucepan over a medium heat simmer your berries water and erythritol until they cook down.
  2. Once they have reduced nicely use a stick blender to puree.
  3. In a bowl mix your Gracious Baker Instant Vanilla Porridge and 80ml water. Then mix in your berry puree.
  4. Top with additional berries or nuts if using and enjoy.
