Total Time: 6–12 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
50g Caring Candies Milk Chocolate
30g butter
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1½ tbsp erythritol
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 fresh or frozen raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt Chocolate & Butter In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Mix the Batter Whisk in egg, vanilla, sweetener, almond flour, and cocoa powder until just combined.
  3. Assemble in Ramekins or Mugs Pour batter into 2 greased ramekins or mugs. Press 2 raspberries into the centre of each one.
  4. Microwave for 50–60 seconds (centre should still be soft).
  5. Dust with powdered erythritol or top with whipped cream and one raspberry for garnish.
  6. Serve Warm
