INGREDIENTS:
50g Caring Candies Milk Chocolate
30g butter
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1½ tbsp erythritol
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 fresh or frozen raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt Chocolate & Butter In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Mix the Batter Whisk in egg, vanilla, sweetener, almond flour, and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Assemble in Ramekins or Mugs Pour batter into 2 greased ramekins or mugs. Press 2 raspberries into the centre of each one.
- Microwave for 50–60 seconds (centre should still be soft).
- Dust with powdered erythritol or top with whipped cream and one raspberry for garnish.
