Banting Boulevard's Poppy Seed Muffin premix is a convenient and yummy way to enjoy a teatime treat. Just add eggs, milk, lemon, and a little vanilla. Makes 12 muffins.
Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Flour, Desiccated Coconut, Xylitol, Poppy Seeds (3%), Baking Powder, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum. ALLERGENS: None
Makes 12 muffins.
- Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 250ml Full Cream Milk, 10ml Vanilla, 10ml Lemon Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon then mix in the Poppy Seed Muffin Premix.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Store chilled or freeze.
