Deliciously Fluffy Porridge Pancakes: A Sweet Keto and Diabetic Breakfast Delight!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 (𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝟏):
* 1 pack Gracious Bakers Vanilla or Chocolate Porridge
* 1 Egg
* 2 tbsp cream
* Pinch of salt
* Butter for frying
* Toppings of your choice (I used Martinnaise white chocolate and chocolate syrups and uSisi Sweetie Darling Seasoning)

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:
1. Preheat a non stick / cast iron pan over a medium low heat.
2. Mix together your ingredients until smooth.
3. Add a little butter to the pan. Scoop in a generous spoon of batter.
4. Cook until you start to see bubbles, then flip to cook the other side.
5. Repeat with remaining batter and too with toppings of your choice.
