Banting Boulevard's Cappuccino Muffin premix is a convenient and yummy way to enjoy a teatime treat. Just add eggs, milk and vanilla. Makes 12 muffins.

INGREDIENTS: Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Coffee (3%), Xylitol, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum. ALLERGENS: None.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 12 muffins.

  • Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tray.
  • In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 500ml Full Cream Milk and 10ml Vanilla then mix in the Cappuccino Muffin Premix.
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Store chilled.
