DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Shake very well.
  • Mix 1 part FibreDrink concentrate with 4 parts cold water (Example: 200 ml concentrate + 800 ml water = 1 litre drink).
  • Once diluted, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

1 glass FibreDrink 3x per day before or together with meals.
