Pasta Regalo Gluten-Free Butternut Spaghetti is an egg-free, wheat-free and GMO free pasta made with maize, butternut, beta carotene and gum. It contains no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourants.
This butternut spaghetti has a warm, comforting colour and pairs well with creamy sauces, roasted vegetables, sage-style flavours, mild cheeses and savoury autumn-style meals. It is a good option for dishes where you want a slightly richer-looking pasta base without moving away from a gluten-free pasta format.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes in 5 litres of slightly salted boiling water until al dente, tender with a firm bite. Rinse under cold water. Drain and serve with a sauce of your choice or butter and grated cheese. 120 g dry pasta will make one full serving.
