Pasta Regalo Gluten-Free Chinese Noodles are hand rolled the traditional way. They are egg-free, wheat-free and GMO free, made with maize and gum. They contain no preservatives or artificial flavours.
These gluten-free Chinese noodles are ideal for quick stir-fries, noodle bowls, broths and Asian-style meals. Use them with vegetables, chicken, beef, prawns or tofu, and pair them with soy-style sauces, ginger, garlic, sesame, chilli or mild savoury broths for an easy gluten-free noodle dish.
COOKING INSTRUCITONS: Cook for approximately 4 to 6 minutes in 5 litres of slightly salted boiling water until al dente, firm with a bite. Rinse under cold water. Drain and serve with a sauce of your choice or butter and grated parmesan cheese. 120 g dry pasta will make one full serving.
