To keep our new compound chocolate bars affordable, we’ve used palm kernel fat instead of cocoa butter. It’s fully hydrogenated (so no trans fats), helps the bars stay firm and fresh longer, and still delivers that smooth, chocolatey satisfaction—without the premium price tag!
