These granola bars by Chef Annés Keyter are the perfect snack, lunchbox addition, hiking energy bar and all-rounder. They are loaded with good, healthy fats and fibre, are super quick and easy to make and everyone in your family will love them.

Fridge time: 30 minutes
Serving: 12 large rectangular bars/24 small square
2 ½ cups homemade granola
½ cup (no added sugar) peanut butter
Line a small tray/dish (+- 26cm casserole dish) with baking paper.
In a bowl combine the granola, peanut butter and syrup.
Melt the coconut oil and mix into the granola mixture.
Add the mixture to the lined tray/dish and press down.
Put the tray/dish in the fridge and leave for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Remove the granola from the fridge and from tray/dish and cut into desired size and shape.
